Department of Labor Recovers $863K for Residential Care Workers

The U.S. Department of Labor recovered $863,860 in alleged unpaid wages and damages for 58 workers from four California residential care providers. These workers were allegedly denied minimum wage, overtime pay, or both, in clear violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
